Amla Achar is one of the age-old pickles passed down from our ancestors. The amla pickle is also called Nellikkai, or usirikaya, or Gooseberry. The piquant flavor of the Usirikaya pachadi is the most highlighted attribute of the dish. Aawle ka achar is made of fresh and unripe berries of gooseberry to let you savor the tangy flavor of the Andhra pickle.
